The notice said that people consuming the products could become seriously ill. No illnesses have been reported to date.
The affected products were distributed to stores in three states: Indiana, Minnesota and North Dakota. A specific list of the retailers can also be found on the FDA’s website here.

According to the notice, the FDA determined that the facility was operating under insanitary conditions, including the presence of rodent excreta, rodent urine, and bird droppings in areas where medical devices, drugs, human food, pet food, and cosmetic products were held.
